⛓️Supported Blockchains
15 EVM L2 & L1 chains supported, Non-EVM chain with smart contracts & Chains without smart contract.
The SwapVerse supports the following blockchains AT LAUNCH
Ethereum,
BNB chain,
zkSync Era,
Arbitrum (Arbitrum One),
Arbitrum Nova,
Polygon,
Polygon zkEVM,
Avalanche,
Optimism,
Boba Ethereum,
Boba BNB (S-Chain),
Telos,
KAVA.
For EVM-incompatible blockchains with smart contracts, such as Solana and Near, SwapVerse will support them as long as they allow key generation using EdDSA/ECDSA algorithms. The integration complexity will depend on the virtual machines and smart contract languages used by these blockchains. The specifics of the integration process will involve adapting the SwapVerse protocol to work with the unique characteristics and functionality of each EVM-incompatible blockchain.
For blockchains without smart contracts, like Bitcoin, the AMM logic cannot be directly executed on them. However, if these blockchains support ECDSA and HTLC (Hash Time Lock Contract), SwapVerse can bridge the native assets using the third party relayer network. This allows users to swap assets between the non-EVM chain and Ethereum, making the user experience similar to swapping ETH for BTC. The process may have slight differences when swapping BTC for ETH due to the specific functionality of the non-EVM chain.
In summary, SwapVerse aims to provide cross-chain swapping capabilities for both EVM-incompatible blockchains with smart contracts and blockchains without smart contracts. The implementation approach will depend on the technical characteristics of each chain, including support for key generation, smart contracts, and contract types like HTLC, to ensure seamless and secure asset swaps between different chains.
