# Private Sale

As per our [tokenomics](/tokenomics.md), we have outlined the following details for SwapVerse private sale:

1. **Participation:** Only whitelisted wallets can participate in the private sale. This means that individuals or entities must be pre-approved and added to the whitelist to be eligible to purchase tokens during the private sale.
2. **Supply Allocation:** 10% of the total token supply, which amounts to 100 million tokens, will be allocated for the private sale. This means that the private sale participants will have access to this specific portion of the token supply.
3. **Unsold Tokens:** If any tokens allocated for the private sale remain unsold, those unsold tokens will be reallocated to the public sale. This ensures that all available tokens are still made accessible to the public.
4. **Pricing:** Private sale would be the cheapest way to acquire tokens. This suggests that the tokens offered during the private sale will be available at a lower price compared to the subsequent public sale or other stages of token distribution.

By offering a private sale exclusively to whitelisted wallets, we can control the initial distribution of tokens and potentially secure early investment from strategic partners or individuals who have expressed interest in the project. The cheaper pricing during the private sale may incentivise investors to participate early and contribute to the project's funding and early-stage growth*.*
